Role & responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounts and finance operations of the factory.
- Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, ledgers and supporting documents.
- Manage accounts payable, receivables, bank transactions and reconciliations.
- Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance and documentation.
- Support monthly closing, MIS, expense monitoring and management reporting.
- Coordinate with purchase, stores, production and other departments for finance-related requirements.
- Assist in audit, costing, inventory accounting and financial controls.
Preferred candidate profile We are looking for candidates who are strong in accounting fundamentals, detail-oriented, disciplined and willing to take ownership of factory-level finance operations.
Preferred: Candidates from KERALA ONLY NEED TO APPLY
Skills: Positive knowledge of MS Excel, accounting software/ERP, GST/TDS and basic financial reporting will be preferred.
