Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 year (12 months completed) of experience in an International Voice Process – Inbound Calling
- B2C domain experience in International BPO is mandatory
- Positive English communication skills
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Willing to work from office
- Familiar with MS Office and internet applications
- Good technical and process knowledge
- Candidates should be available for immediate joining

Interview / Selection Candidates will be evaluated based on their communication skills, process knowledge, and relevant International BPO experience.
