We are looking for a people-oriented and organised HR professional and help build a workplace where people can learn, grow and do their best work.
This is a hands-on role that brings together HR, Learning & Development and Administration. The right person should enjoy working with people, be comfortable managing processes, and have the ability to take things from planning to execution.
What will you do?
Learning & Development
- Work with the L&D; Lead to plan and run CCS's annual learning and development initiatives.
- Coordinate training programmes, workshops, mentoring and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Work with managers and employees to understand learning and development needs.
- Track participation, feedback and learning outcomes, and improve programmes based on what we learn.
- Support employees in making the most of internal and external learning opportunities.
HR & Employee Experience
- Support key HR processes across the employee lifecycle,
including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management and exits.
- Help create a positive employee experience and keep communication with employees clear and timely.
- Support performance and feedback processes and help managers with the tools and processes they need.
- Organise employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR processes and policies are followed.
Administration
- Manage day-to-day administrative requirements and respond to employee requests.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers and ensure office requirements are taken care of.
- Help improve administrative processes, reduce unnecessary manual work and introduce simple systems where useful.
- Support office planning, procurement and other operational requirements.
Systems & Reporting
- Maintain HR, L&D; and administrative trackers and dashboards.
- Help employees adopt and use CCS's internal systems and tools effectively.
- Prepare periodic reports and updates for the L&D; Lead and leadership team.
- Look for ways to make our people and administrative processes simpler and more efficient.

- Discreet and mature when handling confidential employee information.
Experience & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in HR, L&D;, People Operations or a related area.
- A Master's degree in HR, Management, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field would be preferred.
- Experience in a non-profit or mission-driven organisation is an advantage, but not essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across teams and leadership.
- Ability to balance and reconcile diverse stakeholder needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Compensation
Compensation will be offered in line with industry standards, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Eligible employees will receive PF benefits as per applicable organisational policy and statutory requirements.
Employees will be covered under the organisation's health insurance/medical benefits as per the applicable policy. Additional employee benefits will be provided in accordance with CCS policies.
