Job Requirement
- Minimum 1 year (12 months completed) of experience in a Semi-Voice Process
- Experience with approximately 80% Voice and 20% Chat Support
- International Voice Process experience with Inbound Calling
- Positive English communication skills
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Willing to work from office
- Candidates should be available for immediate joining
