Responsibilities

- Look after uninterrupted and hassle free service to our clients

- Organize and oversee inventory by keeping a detailed database of available inventory and expected usage per project

- Plan and maintain stock of ongoing manufacturing process

- Train and instruct other members of the Supply Chain team;

- Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects;

- Seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain department by reviewing current methodology and processes;

- Research and seek out the most cost-efficient shipment procedures and methods;

- Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with vendors while promoting company initiatives and values;

- Work closely with other departments to create effective work process

- Maintain databases to manage and organize inventory, installation and integration

- Create,



maintain and analyse all associated records related to your work of each project

- Searching new vendors for our product and needed service to maintain interrupted supply chain

- Negotiation, relationship building, for timely completion of our projects with them

Requirements

- Diploma /BE/ME In Electrica l or Electronics Communication Engineering

- Have experience of working in supply chain management for at least 2-3 years.

- Positive communication skills.

- Good critical thinking and quick decision making skills.
