- Responsibilities

- School Business Development – Identify and approach schools, generate leads, conduct presentations/demos, and achieve sales and revenue targets.

- School Partnerships – Build and maintain strong relationships with school management, principals, teachers, and key decision-makers.

- Account Growth &
- Renewals

– Drive renewals and identify opportunities for additional grades, programmes, student enrolment, and campus expansion.

- School Success Support – Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, programme implementation, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.

- CSR &

- Institutional Partnerships

– Identify CSR, NGO, and institutional opportunities and support stakeholder meetings and project discussions.

- Territory Planning – Plan weekly/monthly activities, maintain a strong sales pipeline, prioritise prospects, and ensure effective territory coverage.

- Customer Engagement – Conduct regular school visits, understand customer needs, address concerns,



and ensure strong engagement and retention.

- Reporting &

- CRM

– Maintain accurate CRM records, track visits and follow-ups, manage sales forecasts, and submit regular activity reports.

Requirement

Gratuation in Science/BE/MBA

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Confident and comfortable interacting with school principals, management, and teachers.

- Strong business development and sales orientation, with a focus on achieving targets.

- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in the field.

- Good relationship-building and negotiation skills.

- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
