Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Research Associate – Packaging to support the Packaging team in research, data analysis, market intelligence, and packaging-related projects. The role will involve gathering and analysing information, preparing reports, and supporting the team in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research on packaging materials, technologies, trends, and industry developments.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret packaging-related data and prepare reports/presentations.
- Support evaluation of packaging materials, designs, specifications, and cost-related information.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging packaging trends and solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for collecting required technical and commercial information.
- Maintain databases,



research records, and documentation related to packaging projects.
- Support the Packaging team in cost optimisation, process improvement, and recent packaging development initiatives.

Requirements

- Master’s degree in Chemistry or any science field.
- 0–2 years of experience in research, analysis, packaging, or a related function; freshers with relevant qualifications may also be considered.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and report-writing skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with data and multiple stakeholders.
