Timings: 10:30 AM 7:00 PM

TTEC Ahmedabad is looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.

What are we looking for?

- 1+ year of experience in recruitment, preferably volume/BPO hiring.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Experience handling virtual and walk-in interviews and coordinating interview drives.
- Ability to assess candidates' English communication and overall suitability.
- Good knowledge of job portals.
- Good MS Excel and computer skills with the ability to work on recruitment systems/tools.




- Willingness to work in office and travel to other cities when required.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate virtual and walk-in hiring drives.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to support hiring requirements.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
