Senior Program Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager with over 10 years of extensive experience in program management. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of program management principles and methodologies, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and programs. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple programs from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement program strategies, plans, and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to drive program success.
- Monitor program performance, identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Prepare and present program status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Manage program budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance program processes and outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior program managers and team members,



promoting professional development and knowledge sharing.

- Certification in Program Management (e.g., PgMP, PMP) is a plus.
- Experience in managing programs in a technology or software development environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successful program delivery.
- Strong understanding of business processes and organizational dynamics.
