Responsibilities:

- Work at the intersection of Product, Content, Operations, AI, and Central Execution, driving high-impact initiatives from ideation to execution.
- Identify high-value opportunities across products, processes, workflows, and internal operations where AI and agentic systems can create measurable business impact.
- Partner with stakeholders across teams to translate business objectives into structured execution plans, measurable milestones, and successful outcomes.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of AI-native workflows, agentic systems, and scalable execution frameworks that improve organizational productivity and decision-making.
- Drive cross-functional projects by managing priorities, dependencies, risks, stakeholder alignment, and execution visibility, taking initiatives from ideation through pilot, implementation, and rollout.
- Own the management of AI tools, non-payroll budgets, and related procurement processes, including budget planning and tracking, raising and managing Purchase Requisitions (PRs), coordinating with stakeholders through the procurement lifecycle, and ensuring timely closure of requirements.




- Monitor AI tool adoption, utilization, costs, and business impact across teams, assess cost-effectiveness, and drive recommendations to optimize resource utilization and expenditure.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and operational intelligence systems to track initiative progress, adoption, costs, and business impact, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Identify process inefficiencies, recommend improvements, gather stakeholder feedback, and continuously refine and scale solutions and best practices across teams and functions.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience through internships, projects, startups, or full-time roles.
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous challenges into actionable solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams.
- Comfort with data, analysis, reporting, and using insights to drive decisions.
- Familiarity with AI tools and a strong interest in agentic systems, emerging technologies, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Ability to thrive in rapid-paced environments, adapt quickly, and take ownership of outcomes.
