Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a remote, contract role responsible for driving brand awareness and revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and engaging potential customers, managing online and offline sales channels, and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. The specialist will develop and execute marketing campaigns, coordinate social media and digital outreach, and track performance metrics to refine strategies.



Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the founder on promotional initiatives, supporting product launches, and providing input on messaging that aligns with the company’s mission in medical education and patient welfare.
Qualifications
Solid Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interactions with diverse audiences.
Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and foster positive customer relationships.
Sales skills to prospect, convert leads, and meet or exceed sales targets.
