We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and target-oriented Field Marketing Representative who can build institutional relationships, visit colleges and institutes, generate business opportunities, and close partnerships for our training programs.
Job Responsibilities
1. College & Institute Marketing
Visit colleges, universities, educational institutes, and training centers across Kolkata and nearby areas.
Meet with principals, directors, placement officers, department heads,



training & placement teams, and other decision-makers.
Present Mercury Educare's AI training, skill-development programs, vocational courses, career programs, and other training solutions.
Identify institutional requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
2. Business Development & Deal Closing
Generate current institutional leads through field visits, networking, referrals, events, and direct outreach.
Conduct meetings and presentations with college/institute management.
Negotiate and close training partnerships, workshops, seminars, certification programs, and institutional training deals.
Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective colleges and institutes.
3. Channel Partner Development
Identify and onboard Channel Partners, Education Consultants, Training Partners, and Local Representatives.
Build long-term relationships with channel partners for student and institutional lead
