Role Description The Project Coordinator (Civil/Mechanical) is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for supporting the planning and execution of telecom infrastructure projects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with site engineers, contractors, and vendors, tracking project timelines and deliverables, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The role involves assisting in resource allocation, monitoring site activities for adherence to quality and safety standards, and supporting civil and mechanical work related to tower construction and maintenance. The Project Coordinator will also help manage communication between field teams and office management, ensure timely completion of work, and support cost and material tracking within the defined budget range (salary 20–25K).
Qualifications
Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.




Knowledge of civil or mechanical engineering principles, preferably related to construction, infrastructure, or telecom projects.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Excel, Word, project tracking tools) and documentation practices.
Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams, contractors, and vendors, and to maintain skilled relationships.
Understanding of site safety practices and basic quality control for civil/mechanical works.
Diploma or degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Prior experience or internships in infrastructure, construction, or telecom projects is an advantage.
Willingness to work on-site in Indore and visit project locations as required.
