Euro International School is hiring a Head of Accounts & Finance to build and personally run the accounts and finance function of a 2,200-student CBSE institution in Sikar, Rajasthan.

Compensation: ₹10–15 LPA
Location: Sikar, Rajasthan — full time, on-site. This is not a remote or hybrid role.
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
Preferred qualification: CA, CS, or MBA (Finance).

Most finance leadership roles are inherited — you take over someone else's system and keep it running. This one isn't. You will design the function across two entities, run it yourself with a team of four, and report directly to the Founder.

THE ROLE
You will own the books, the cash flow, the statutory calendar and the reporting across both entities — and build the SOPs that keep all of it running. You report to the Founder, hold sign-off authority, and lead a four-member team. This is a focused, execution-heavy mandate, not a supervisory one.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Books of accounts across both entities — general ledger hygiene, month-end close, and accurate, audit-ready records
Daily cash and bank reconciliation, with sign-off authority
Cash flow management, short-term payment planning, and a rolling 12-month model
Fee-ledger reconciliation and collection accounting
Monthly statutory dues (PF, TDS, GST), statutor
