Role Description This full-time Senior Customer Support Representative role is based in Bengaluru and follows a hybrid work model, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves handling escalated customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate resolutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across digital payment and open banking products. The representative will diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues,



coordinate with internal technical and product teams, and follow up to ensure closure of support tickets. Daily responsibilities include managing support queues, documenting interactions in the CRM system, identifying recurring problems, and recommending process improvements. The role also includes mentoring junior support team members, contributing to knowledge base content, and supporting continuous enhancement of service standards.

Qualifications
Robust Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with experience handling complex or escalated cases.
Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through empathetic, solution-focused interactions.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
