Key Responsibilities● Execute automated test suites across multi-tiered application environments and maintain test script integrity.● Analyze test runs, perform root cause analysis (RCA) on failures, and log detailed defect reports for engineering teams.● Manage, configure, and maintain Virtual Machines (VMs) and local/remote test environments to support continuous automation testing.Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
Required & Preferred QualificationsTechnical Skills - Ability to run, modify, and troubleshoot/debug automated test scripts independently.System & Environment - Familiarity with Virtual Machine (VM)



environments and system landscapes required for test execution.Preferred Tooling - Experience with Worksoft Certify is highly desirable (plus point).Core Competencies - Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, transparent technical communication, and problem-solving skills.Core Competency Matrix● Test Automation Execution: Proven capability to run daily test suites, monitor runs, and report health metrics.● Debugging & Troubleshooting: Skilled in analyzing log files, stack traces, and system responses to pinpoint script errors versus application bugs.● Infrastructure & VM Management: Hands-on experience working within virtualized environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Cloud VMs) and maintaining landscape pre-requisites.Physical Demands
