Our platform covers the complete lending lifecycle including Customer Onboarding, KYC, LOS, Underwriting, Loan Disbursement, LMS, DPD, Collections, Accounting, Reporting and Compliance.

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager / Associate Product Manager who is enthusiastic about technology, product development and FinTech.

Role Overview

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with the Founder/Management, Tech, UI/UX, QA, Operations, Credit and Business teams to understand requirements and convert them into well-defined product features and workflows.

This is a hands-on role where you will get the opportunity to work on a real-world lending platform from requirement to production.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements and convert them into product requirements and user stories.
- Create PRDs, feature documentation, workflows and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with developers, UI/UX and QA teams for feature development.
- Manage and track product backlog, tasks and releases.
- Understand and document lending workflows such as:

User Onboarding

KYC

Loan Application

Underwriting

LOS

Loan Disbursement

LMS

DPD

Collections

Accounting

Reports & Analytics
- Participate in UAT and feature testing and identify issues before production.




- Collect feedback from clients/users and convert feedback into product improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure features are delivered on time.
- Conduct basic competitor and market research.
- Prepare product presentations and documentation for clients and internal teams.
- Monitor product performance and suggest improvements.
- Maintain proper documentation of existing and new features.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, FinTech, SaaS or a technology company..
- Basic understanding of software development and web/mobile applications..
- Good understanding of user journeys, workflows and requirement gathering..
- Basic knowledge of APIs, databases and software development lifecycle is preferred..
- Positive communication and documentation skills..
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability..
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, Jira/ClickUp/Trello or similar tools..
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage priorities..
- FinTech/NBFC/LSP/Lending experience will be an advantage..

Who We’re Looking For We need someone who is hands-on, curious and willing to learn. You don't need to know everything about FinTech from day one, but you should be able to understand complex workflows, ask the right questions and convert business requirements into clear product specifications.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
