About the Role:

We’re looking for a Associate – Marketplace Ads to join our Marketplace Ads team, with a primary focus on Amazon & Flipkart Ads.

You’ll work closely with account managers and stakeholders to execute, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns while driving measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Own

- Develop and execute strategic Amazon advertising campaigns aligned with client goals.
- Manage client relationships and understand their business requirements.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve sales & ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaign allocation.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on Amazon trends, algorithms, and new advertising features.
- Drive recent ideas and strategies to scale brands efficiently.





What We're Looking For:

- 2+ years of experience managing marketplace ads across Amazon & Flipkart.
- Experience with DSP, Co-op Promotions, Live Commerce and other off-AMS activities.
- Hands-on experience with Flipkart Ads.
- Strong understanding of the Amazon ecosystem — Seller Central, Vendor Central, PI, etc.
- Experience with other marketplaces such as Walmart, Myntra, etc. is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Master’s degree or equivalent.
