About The Job:

- This is an SAP Cloud Architect position, which represents an elevated role in the career path for SAP Basis Consultants.

- The Architect’s primary responsibility is to plan, design, and guide customers regarding their SAP landscape.

- The selected candidate will provide strategic and technical guidance to customers adopting the SAP RISE Platform.

- The SAP RISE Platform offers the latest SAP technologies and products, allowing customers to choose their preferred hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- The role requires working closely with SAP presales teams to understand customer requirements and create to-be landscape architecture and design based on their SAP product and infrastructure selections.

- This is a customer-facing position that involves attending meetings, addressing technical queries, and presenting landscape assessments. As this is an architect-level role, it does not involve hands-on technical work.

Essential Job Functions:

- Work closely with SAP presales teams to analyze customer requirements and design the appropriate SAP landscape architecture.

- Guide customers on SAP RISE Platform deployment and integration options with hyperscalers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.





- Discuss landscape setup, build processes, and dependencies with customer leaders and their technical teams.

- Participate in customer meetings, answer technical queries, and present architectural assessments.

- Ensure team retention within agreed norms and maintain high employee motivation.

- Lead, motivate, and develop teams to meet current challenges and ensure operational excellence.

- Monitor team attendance, login hours, and leave management, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

- Deploy performance management processes, including coaching, monitoring, and one-on-one reviews.

- Conduct regular reviews with team leaders to ensure profitability and quality standards are achieved.

- Define Key Result Areas (KRAs) for team leaders and members, and conduct appraisals and feedback sessions periodically.

- Ensure performance and SLA management targets are consistently met to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Demonstrate strong customer focus by understanding client needs and ensuring that customer perspectives drive value-added activities.

- Continuously aim to meet or exceed all defined execution parameters for process performance and delivery quality.

Qualifications:

- Education: B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology)

- Experience: Relevant experience in SAP Basis or SAP Cloud Architecture roles
