JOB TITLE: Associate Manager Planning & Logistic (CPS Bavla) for 9 months on BDO payroll

Experience in Food, Beverage, Pharma, or other manufacturing industries preferred

Package – Up to 35 Lac P.A including all

Key Responsibilities

Planning

· Long Range and Monthly Production Planning for Sanand & Bavla CPS

· Start up plan for Sanand for Liquid BB and for Bavla for Dry BB to supply to Sanand

· Conduct Monthly SPP with Internal Stakeholders

· Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and replenishment Planning with bottlers through S&OP; participation

· Perfect Order monitoring

Capacity Planning

· Manage Capacity Planning to ensure no shortage for forward months demand

· Current location Production capacity planning, optimum work centres plan, storage space & pallet requirements planning based on long term projections

Supply Planning

· Supply Planning of Ingredients in collaboration with MM team for forward 3 monthly production plan. Niche Product and MTO segmented analysis monthly for coverages

· Managing new product launch volumes for supply and subsequent product coverages

· Ensure Business Continuity Plan is in Place for supply of beverage base in case of Contingency

MRB & Inventory Management

· Lead the MRB Process and work to reduce Inventory Write-offs.

· Manage Shelf Life Extension process for salvage for Ing and FG

· Lead for FG WOS Inventory control within target

· Inventory RE and volume projections to Finance every month

System Maintenance & Process Control





· Ownership of IBP system and maintain planning parameters for Parts for long term.

· Lead for Process documentation in ETQ for Planning & Inventory

· Measure Supply Chain Key Metrics performance vs goals and propose strategy for improvement

Warehousing

· Ensure to meet requirements on warehouse management such as the right storage location for each material, temperature control, GMP, Housekeeping and Safety etc.

· Ensure daily activities of receiving and delivery process are performed according to quality procedure

· Ensure to meet customer requirements on delivery lead time, correct shipment, customer complaint handling etc.

· Ensure optimum level of all inventories category (Concentrate and Beverage Base, Ingredients and Packaging)

· Ensure adherence to The Coca- Cola Quality System requirements specific to work area.

· Coordination with Supply Chain with regards to scheduling, capacity loading and ingredient and finished product handling.

· MIS reports on warehouse performance and efficiencies.

· Ensure use of conforming equipment for process and periodic process capability study for warehouse processes.

· Lead continuous improvement programs in warehouse on productivity, quality and safety

Digitization Initiatives

· Digitization Initiatives Lead Including IBP Improvements, Power bi dashboards,



Inv Command Centre and collaboration with global SC team for implementation in India

Qualifications and Experience:

· BE/B.Tech and MBA in Operations Management or SC preferred

· Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Production Planning, Procurement, Supply Planning in a reputed organization. Food or Pharma manufacturing experience will be an advantage.

· Hands on Knowledge of SAP in Planning module. Experience of Planning tools like IBP and data visualization viz Powerbi preferred

· Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint
