Role & responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to align People & Culture strategies with business priorities and workforce needs.

- Advise leaders and employees on people matters, performance, development, and employee relations.

- Drive talent management, succession planning, performance, and organizational development initiatives.

- Identify talent risks, capability gaps, workforce trends, and development opportunities using people insights.

- Support workforce planning, headcount forecasting, organizational design, and team effectiveness.

- Coach managers and leaders on performance, engagement, change management, and people leadership.

- Support employee relations, investigations, policy interpretation, and compliance with employment regulations.

- Drive culture, engagement, inclusion, employee experience, and change management initiatives.

- Collaborate with P&C; teams, global Centers of Excellence, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.





- Provide local insights and contribute to site-wide initiatives supporting business growth and organizational maturity.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.

- 10+years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or similar client-facing role.

- Experience supporting talent management, performance management, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning initiatives.

- Strong knowledge of HR practices and local employment regulations.

- Experience working in matrixed, global, or fast-growing organizations.

- Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategies to business outcomes.

- Excellent communication, coaching, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
