Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Associate Manager / Manager of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to lead our SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance our online visibility, drive organic traffic, and improve our search engine rankings. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence and ensuring our educational offerings reach a wider audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage a robust SEO strategy aligned with business goals to increase organic search traffic and improve search engine rankings across all target markets.

- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content creation, optimization, and link building.

- Perform on-page and off-page SEO audits, providing actionable recommendations for website optimization, technical SEO enhancements, and content improvements.

- Oversee and execute link building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from relevant and authoritative sources.

- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and provide regular reports on key metrics, trends, and insights.

- Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices, proactively adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, marketing teams,



and other stakeholders to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital marketing efforts and website development.

- Manage and mentor junior SEO team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

- Identify and troubleshoot technical SEO issues that may impact website crawlability, indexability, and user experience.

- Develop and execute local SEO strategies where applicable to enhance visibility in specific geographic regions.

- Analyze competitor SEO strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

- Ensure all SEO efforts comply with ethical guidelines and search engine webmaster quality standards.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

- 6 to 10 years of progressive experience in Search Engine Optimization, with a proven track record of success in driving organic growth.

- Demonstrated expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, off-page SEO, and content strategy.

- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.

- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms and how they work.

- Experience in managing SEO campaigns for educational institutions or in the EdTech sector is highly desirable.

- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies.

- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

- Experience in managing and mentoring a team is advantageous.

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO is a plus.

- A strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for continuous learning in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
