Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead – Mechanical to lead site execution and delivery of HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting (PHF) systems, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end mechanical execution and site activities.
- Plan and monitor HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting works as per project schedules.
- Review MEP drawings, designs, specifications and material approvals. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and internal teams.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with HSE & quality standards.
- Manage testing, commissioning and handover of mechanical systems.




- Resolve technical issues and monitor contractor performance.
- Maintain progress reports, approvals and as-built documentation.

Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of experience in Mechanical/MEP execution with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience in HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems.
- Good knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, ISHRAE & IPC standards.
- Proficiency in MEP drawings; AutoCAD/Revit knowledge preferred.
- Experience with Primavera/MS Project will be an advantage.
- Solid leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
