In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting freight movement across North America by coordinating with drivers, tracking shipments in real-time, and ensuring smooth pickup and delivery operations. You will be responsible for maintaining constant communication with drivers, updating shipment statuses, and resolving any issues that arise during transit.

About the Role:

Dispatch AssociateAs a Dispatch Associate, you will be responsible for managing the execution of freight movements by coordinating with drivers and ensuring timely pickup and delivery of loads. Your primary role is to maintain real-time tracking, communicate with drivers, handle documentation, and ensure shipments are completed without delays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with assigned drivers for load pickup and delivery as per schedule.
- Ensure drivers reach pickup and delivery locations on time.
- Maintain continuous communication with drivers to track shipment status.




- Verify pickup and delivery updates including check-in, loading, and unloading.
- Ensure all required documents (BOL, POD, etc.) are collected and updated correctly.
- Track loads using GPS, driver calls, and carrier portals.
- Update TMS/CRM systems with accurate and real-time shipment details.
- Identify and resolve delays, detentions, or route issues proactively.
- Escalate critical issues or delays to the concerned team as per SOP.
- Follow up with drivers for POD submission after delivery.
- Maintain proper communication logs and status updates for each load.

Requirements:

- Graduation/Post-Graduation in any stream.
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, US-based logistics environment.
- Basic understanding of trucking/logistics is a plus.
- Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.
- Must have own transportation.
