About The Job:

Essential Job Functions:

- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, packet loss, latency, bandwidth, and performance issues.
- Manage IP addressing, subnetting, DHCP, DNS, gateways, and network segmentation.
- Monitor network devices and infrastructure using network monitoring tools.
- Analyze network traffic using tools such as Wireshark, Ping, Tracert, NSlookup, and Netstat.
- Troubleshoot network outages and perform root cause analysis.
- Manage and troubleshoot enterprise Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Maintain network diagrams, IP address documentation, configuration backups, and network inventory.
- Coordinate with ISPs and network vendors for WAN, internet, and connectivity-related issues.
- Perform network changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Create and maintain physical and virtual servers, networks, and storage resources.
- Evaluate, install, and manage software solutions across multiple platforms.
- Administer Windows Active Directory and LDAP environments.
- Support VMware, Hyper-V, and HCI virtualization environments.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Manage Redmine, SVN, and SFTP servers, including repository administration and access control.
- Support lab setup by installing and configuring required environments.




- Address Linux workplace issues raised by users.
- Implement and monitor network traffic and security monitoring solutions.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and administer LAN, WAN, workstations, and peripheral equipment.
- Provide IT and server-based support for internal projects.
- Implement data, software, and hardware security procedures.
- Perform data backup and disaster recovery operations.
- Monitor security alerts and investigate suspicious network or server activities.
- Assist with antivirus, EDR, and endpoint security activities.
- Implement and maintain basic network and server security controls.
- Ensure network devices and Windows servers are properly patched and hardened.
- Coordinate asset management and vendor management activities.

Qualifications:

- Any degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.
- CCNA level routing and switching skills.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Networking and Server-level troubleshooting.
- 5+ years of experience supporting Windows Server 2012/2016 environments.
- MCSA Certification would be an advantage.
- Experience with server hardening and virus scanning.
- Experience with log management tools such as SolarWinds for network, server, and log monitoring.
- Experience with Backup & Recovery solutions such as Veeam or similar products.
- Experience generating Certificate Signing Requests (CSR), managing keys, and installing SSL certificates.
- Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, ICMP, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP, FTP, LDAP, SSH, and SIP protocols.
- Experience providing LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi network break-fix support.




- Strong understanding of Windows operating system installation, configuration, support, and maintenance.
- Experience managing user accounts and machine accounts on Windows Servers.
- Experience with desktop, laptop, and hardware installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Knowledge of wired and wireless connectivity support for end-user devices.
- ITIL certification would be an added advantage.
