Anandi School is reimagining education for a world shaped by AI, rapid technological advancement, and constant change.
We believe schools must move beyond traditional models of learning and create experiences that help students become curious thinkers, problem-solvers, innovators, and future leaders.
Our mission is to connect the world to the classroom and maximize every child’s potential, preparing them not just for the future of work, but for a future that is constantly evolving.
Anandi is building an ambitious new-age school model that combines academic excellence, innovation, entrepreneurship, real-world learning, and outstanding university outcomes.
Our vision is to build Anandi across multiple locations in India and eventually across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and the West.
Anandi is backed by Peak XV Partners, one of the region’s leading venture capital firms, and is being built by a team with experience across some of the world’s leading technology companies and universities.
About the 4+1 Field Model
At the heart of Anandi is our 4+1 Field Model.
Every semester, students work in teams on real-world challenges, collaborating with startups, NGOs, businesses, experts, and other external partners.
This means learning doesn't stop at the classroom door.
Students step into the real world, work on meaningful problems, interact with practitioners, build solutions, and reflect on what they learn.
The Associate – Field Projects will play an important role in making this model work on the ground.
You will be part of the team responsible for ensuring that projects run smoothly—from planning and logistics to partner coordination, student support, documentation, and continuous improvement.
