What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and candidate requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals and other channels.
- Screen, interview and engage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Build strong talent pipelines and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Drive hiring with a strong focus on targets, TAT, quality, closure and offer-to-join conversion.
- Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations effectively.
- Maintain strong candidate and stakeholder relationships.
- Consistently achieve individual and team recruitment targets.
