- PhD in a relevant discipline (Compulsory)
- 8+ years of experience in research leadership or academic administration
- Solid record of publications, grants, or funded research projects

- Report to and support the Pro Vice-Chancellor in shaping and executing the university’s research strategy
- Lead the development and implementation of research programs, policies, and initiatives
- Oversee research projects, centres, and interdisciplinary collaborations




- Identify and secure research funding through grants, partnerships, and industry collaboration
- Ensure compliance with academic, ethical, and regulatory standards
- Promote high-quality research output, publications, and global visibility
