Role Description The Associate Director – Electrical Division is a full time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This position oversees electrical design and engineering activities for MEP projects, ensuring technical quality, regulatory compliance, and alignment with client specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading project teams, reviewing and approving electrical designs and drawings, coordinating with other disciplines, and resolving technical issues during design and execution.

The role involves managing project timelines and budgets, supporting bid proposals, mentoring junior engineers,



and maintaining standards and best practices for power systems and electrical installations.

The Associate

Director will also engage with clients and stakeholders to present solutions, address concerns, and drive continuous improvement in the Electrical Division.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Engineering and a solid understanding of Electricity principles and standards.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Electrical Design with experience in building services and MEP projects.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Power Systems, including distribution, protection, and load management.
- Candidates should possess Program Management skills to oversee multiple projects, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Significant experience (typically 10+ years) in electrical design and project leadership within construction or MEP sectors.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards, and proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities.
- Proven track record in on-site coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making for complex projects.
