Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Associate Director DME Billing OR Physician Billing (1 position each) to lead large-scale Revenue Cycle Management operations across multiple client portfolios. The role will be responsible for overall delivery leadership, client relationship management, operational governance, financial performance, business growth, and people leadership. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in DME Billing/Physician Billing, Revenue Cycle Management, Client Delivery, Operational Transformation, P&L; Management, and Leadership of large healthcare operations. This role requires a business leader capable of driving operational excellence, improving financial outcomes, ensuring client satisfaction, and building high-performing teams.

Preferred candidate profile

Revenue Cycle Leadership

Drive collection performance and reduction in AR aging.

Improve first-pass claim rates and reimbursement outcomes.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and payer-specific guidelines.

Provide strategic oversight of:

DME Billing / Physician Billing

Accounts Receivable Management

Denial Management

Appeals & Reconsiderations o Payment Posting

Eligibility Verification

Prior Authorization

Medicare & Medicaid Billing

Commercial Insurance Billing

Organizational Leadership

Lead a team of Senior Managers, Managers, Assistant Managers,



and Team Leads.

Transformation & Process Excellence

Lead process transformation and automation initiatives.

Drive Lean Six Sigma and Operational Excellence programs.

Implement best practices and standard operating procedures.

Governance & Compliance

Ensure compliance with client requirements and regulatory standards.

Implement robust operational governance and risk management frameworks.

Ensure data security and HIPAA compliance across operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

Preferred: MBA / PGDM / Healthcare Management

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt preferred

Relevant Healthcare RCM Certifications will be an advantage

Desired Candidate Profile

15+ years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. Minimum 5-8 years of leadership experience managing large DME Billing OR Physician Billing operations.

Proven experience managing multiple clients and large operational teams.

Robust expertise in operational governance, financial management, and client delivery.

Experience handling teams of 150-300+ FTEs.

Demonstrated success in driving business growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.

Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
