About the Department:The Data Intelligence Group is the Data & Analytics arm of TresVista. The department's sole objective is of providing analytical solutions and support to the clients so that they can take data-driven decisions. Currently the department has two main verticals Data Engineering and Data Visualization with demarcated roles and responsibilities.

Overview:TresVista is looking to hire an Associate in its Data Intelligence Group team, who will be primarily responsible for managing clients as well as monitor/execute projects both for the clients as well as internal teams. The Associate would be directly managing a team of 3-4 Data Engineers & Analysts across multiple data engineering efforts for our clients with diverse technologies. The Associate would be joining the current team of 30, which is a mix of Data Engineers, Data Visualization Experts, and Data Scientists.

Roles and Responsibilities: Interacting with the client (internal or external) to understand their problems and work on solutions that address their needs

 Driving projects and working closely with a team of individuals to ensure proper requirements are identified, useful user stories are created, work is planned logically and efficiently to deliver solutions that support changing business requirements

 Managing the various activities within the team, strategizing how to approach tasks, creating timelines and goals, distribute information/tasks to the various team members

 Conducting meetings, documenting, and communicating findings effectively to clients, management and cross-functional teams





 Creating Ad-hoc report for multiple internal requests across departments

 Automating the process using data transformation tools

Prerequisites: Proficient in at least one of the Statistical tools (i.e., R, Python) and frameworks (Spark, PySpark, SparkSQL)

 Advanced knowledge of the DBMS, Data Modelling and Warehousing concepts (Snowflake/RedShift/BigQuery) along with advanced querying capabilities using SQL, NoSQL

 Experience working on HIVE, Databricks/Spark

 Working experience in cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure)

 Prior experience of building and deploying ETL/ELT pipelines using CI/CD, Microsoft workflow tools, Airflow, ProofHub etc

 Experience in Linux will be highly preferred

 Experience in Machine Learning tools and techniques will be preferred

 Strong analytical problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills

 Stakeholder Management and client communication experience would be preferred

 Experience in the Financial Services domain will be an added plus

Experience:3 - 8 Years

Education:BTech/MTech/BE/ME/MBA in Analytics
