Description:Coordinate with PACS officials and stakeholders for timely completion of implementation activities. Execute ERP onboarding, configuration and other implementation activities as per project requirements. Support data migration, data entry, validation and reconciliation.
Conduct onsite training and provide handholding support to PACS users. Identify and resolve functional issues in coordination with the Support Centre and backend teams. Support PACS through Go-Live, Day-End and HOC completion processes.
Track implementation progress and ensure assigned milestones are completed within timelines. Maintain required project records, reports and activity trackers. Escalate unresolved issues and dependencies in a timely manner.
Ensure adherence to project processes, quality standards and timelines.
