Bristlecone India Limited seeks an experienced SAP PMO & MIS professional to join the SAP PM Competency – Delivery team.

The Associate

Consultant will ensure project visibility, timely reporting, risk and action‑item tracking, and will support Project Managers with governance activities across SAP programs and projects.

Responsibilities

- Maintain and update project dashboards, status reports, and MIS metrics for SAP initiatives.
- Facilitate governance meetings, capture decisions, and circulate minutes to stakeholders.
- Track project risks, issues, and action items; ensure timely escalation and resolution.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to gather data and ensure alignment with project plans.
- Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc performance reports to senior leadership.
- Support Project Managers in schedule, scope, and budget monitoring activities.
- Ensure compliance with Bristlecone’s PMO standards and SAP delivery methodologies.
- Manage stakeholder communication plans and maintain a central repository of project documentation.
- Analyze project performance trends and recommend process improvements.
- Assist in resource planning and capacity tracking for SAP delivery teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in SAP PMO, MIS, or project governance roles.
- Solid knowledge of SAP implementation lifecycle and delivery frameworks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑visualization skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with risk and issue management processes.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced,



matrixed environments.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, SAP Activate) are a plus.
