Roles and Responsibilities
Supports the implementation and ongoing optimization of Workday Recruiting solutions, including job requisitions, candidate tracking, and interview coordination. Works closely with clients to configure solutions, resolve issues, and ensure smooth recruiting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure Workday Recruiting components (Job Requisitions, Candidate Management, Interview Scheduling, Offers)
- Support end-to-end recruiting processes, including requisition creation, approvals, and hiring workflows
- Assist in requirement gathering, workshops, and solution documentation
- Maintain and update business processes for recruiting workflows
- Perform unit testing, support UAT cycles, and assist in defect resolution
- Assist in maintaining recruiting security roles and permissions
- Provide production support and resolve day-to-day client issues and tickets
- Support Workday releases, testing, and feature adoption
Required Qualifications
1. 1 years of Workday Recruiting experience
2. Workday Recruiting certification
3. Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle, hiring workflows, and candidate management
4. Experience in AMS/support or implementation projects
5. Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Workday reporting and dashboards
- Experience in large scale implementation projects
- Experience in SLA-driven support environments
