Roles and Responsibilities

Supports the implementation and optimization of Workday Learning solutions, including course management, learning assignments, and compliance tracking. Works closely with senior consultants and clients to configure solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth learning operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure Workday Learning components (Courses, Programs, Learning Assignments, Content)
- Support learning program setup, enrollment rules, and completion tracking
- Assist in requirement gathering, workshops, and solution documentation
- Maintain and update business processes related to learning workflows
- Perform unit testing, support UAT cycles, and assist in defect resolution
- Manage learning content and support reporting needs by collaborating with reporting teams
- Provide production support and address day-to-day client queries
- Assist in release testing and adoption of new Workday features
- Ensure data accuracy and system integrity within the Learning module

Required Qualifications

1. 1 of Workday Learning or LMS experience
2. Basic understanding of learning management concepts and compliance training
3. Experience supporting implementations or AMS engagements
4. Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications

- Workday Learning certification
- Knowledge on Workday reporting and dashboards
- Familiarity with integrations and content providers
