WE’RE HIRING | ASSOCIATE – CARBON MARKETS

Dantaya Advisors is assisting one of its clients in hiring an Associate to work closely with the CEO’s Office and Growth Office.

Our client is an India (New Delhi)-headquartered organization operating in the carbon markets and climate action ecosystem, working with project developers, verification bodies,

corporates and other stakeholders across the carbon-credit value chain. The organization is currently entering an significant phase of business expansion, commercialization, and institutional growth, with several new strategic initiatives being developed.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine business coordination, analytical ability, stakeholder management, and business development in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities-

- Work closely with the CEO’s Office & Growth Office in coordinating and supporting various business functions and initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, partners and other business constituents
- Assist in preparing high-quality management presentations , business Reports reviews and decision-support material
- Support selected Business Development initiatives, partnerships and carbon-market and renewable energy development activities
- Support management by research and business development efforts in new business opportunities and strategic initiatives related to carbon markets and renewable energy sector
- Conduct market,



industry and policy research related to carbon markets, clean energy projects and related regulatory developments
- Prepare project concept notes, proposals, reports, charts and management summaries

Candidate Profile- We are looking for the candidates with:

- MBA with 1–2 years of relevant experience in Carbon Markets, Carbon Credits, ESG, Renewable Energy, Sustainability or related sectors; relevant internships may also be considered.
- Basic understanding of carbon markets, carbon-credit projects, standards, methodologies and the validation/verification process .
- Awareness of renewable energy, CBG, biochar, green hydrogen, nature-based solutions and other clean-energy projects .
- Ability to support market research, project screening, client/buyer outreach and business development activities .
- Good analytical, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills .
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AI-based research/presentation tools .
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment .
