About the Role

As an Associate AI Engineer at Vani.Coach, you’ll help build AI-powered workflows that support pre-launch sign-ups, lead qualification, and sales engagement. You’ll work with LLMs, Python/JavaScript, APIs, databases, and automation workflows to build, test, and improve practical AI solutions.

Success in this role means building reliable AI workflows, improving AI outputs, and effectively integrating APIs and data. You’ll also be expected to solve problems independently, continuously learn, and contribute to building high-quality AI-powered products.

Responsibilities

· Workflow Automation: Assist in building end-to-end AI pipelines that capture pre-launch sign-ups and categorize lead priority.

· AI Prompting & Scripting: Write clean Python or JavaScript code to prompt-engineer and connect Large Language Models (like OpenAI’s GPT or Anthropic’s Claude) to automated systems.

· API Integration: Connect landing pages and databases with communication APIs (e.g., email platforms, SMS gateways, or webhooks).

Testing & Iteration:



Run simulation tests on automated email/chat replies to ensure the AI interacts naturally and accurately represents our brand

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Must be an Engineering Graduate (e.g., B.E., B.Tech, or B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related quantitative field.

• Experience: 0–1 years (Fresh graduates, interns, or self-taught builders with a robust project portfolio are highly encouraged to apply).

Preferred Traits

· Programming: Solid foundational knowledge of Python or JavaScript/Node.js.

· AI Concepts: A clear understanding of how LLMs, API endpoints, and vector databases work.

· Academic/Personal Proof: Evidence of building something practical—such as an academic capstone project, an active GitHub repository, hackathon submissions, or personal AI-driven side projects.

· • Data Basics: Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and handling JSON data structures.
