About the Role:

IVARS Material Science Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist / Junior Sales Coordinator to support customer engagement, lead generation, sales follow-ups, and day-to-day coordination of business activities. The role involves interacting with existing and prospective customers while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely communication, follow-ups, quotations, and order-related support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with existing and prospective customers to understand their requirements and maintain regular business communication.
/n
- Identify and approach potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
/n
- Generate and qualify leads and maintain timely follow-ups to progress potential opportunities.
/n
- Schedule meetings and business discussions with prospective customers to support business development activities.
/n
- Manage customer enquiries and coordinate quotations, pricing information, order details, and required documentation.
/n




- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, follow-ups, orders, and chance status.
/n
- Prepare and update sales reports, lead trackers, customer databases, and other sales-related records.
/n
- Assist in tracking market trends, prospective customers, and competitor activities to support business development initiatives.

Qualification & Experience:

/n

/n
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
/n
- 2-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, Business Development, Customer Coordination, or a similar role.
/n
- Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also be considered depending on the profile.
/n
- Experience in B2B sales or manufacturing/materials/chemical-related industries would be an advantage.
