Responsibilities:

- Work with multiple internal teams to understand and resolve Production issues
- Adapt to recent technologies in quick time
- May need to work in shifts to support workflows in multiple env




- Complete the assigned tasks in timely manner with min or zero defects
- Ability to manage multiple priorities

Minimum Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in RDBMS, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL
- Exposure to Shell/Batch scripting
- Knowledge on Python will be a plus
- Experience in Implementation/Production Support for any ERP/SCM solutions will be a plus
- Experience with Oracle 10g and 11g will be a plus
- Strong communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical and functional teams
- B.E. in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical degrees
