What You’ll Do

- As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you’ll be responsible for managing and tracking payments from brokers and clients in the U.S. freight industry.



You’ll play a key role in ensuring cash flow and financial accuracy for our clients.Your key responsibilities will include:Managing and monitoring daily receivables and collections from brokers
- Verifying submitted documents like Rate Confirmations, BOLs, and PODs
- Following up via email/phone to ensure timely payments
- Reconciling payments and updating ERP/factoring systems
- Resolving short payments, discrepancies, or document mismatches
- Coordinating with U.S. clients and internal operations teams
- Maintaining AR reports, aging summaries, and broker communication logs
- Assisting with audits and monthly closing reports

Who You Are

- A fresher or have up to 2 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, or any related field
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, BSc, etc.)
- Has strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Comfortable working in US Night Shifts (India night hours)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and good with numbers
- Able to follow structured processes and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

- Exposure to receivables/collections in any industry
- Experience handling logistics documents like BOLs, Rate Cons, PODs
- Familiarity with finance applications like QuickBooks, TAFS, etc.
