Role Description The Assistant Team Lead at Delhivery is a full-time, on-site role based in Kasipur. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations at the facility, including supervising frontline staff, monitoring shipment workflows, and ensuring adherence to process, safety, and quality standards.

The Assistant Team

Lead helps plan and allocate resources for incoming and outgoing shipments, tracks performance metrics,



and coordinates with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues. The role also involves reporting on daily activities, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining a high level of service and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

- Operational management skills, including team supervision, workflow coordination, and resource planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and frontline staff.
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills for tracking performance, productivity, and process adherence.
- Knowledge of logistics or warehouse operations, including shipment handling, safety practices, and standard operating procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site setting with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations; prior team lead or supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or a related field is preferred.
