Context/Role:

· Liaising with intra departments especially with Quality, Production, Sales and Accounts

· Liaising with Freight Forwarders, Customs Clearing Agents, Transporters, Fumigation Agents, Paper Lining suppliers, Warehouses and CFS’s

· Liaising with Export Inspection Council, Spicesboard, Plant Quarantine, Chamber of Commerce etc

· Prepare the documents for material movement

· Preparation of Export documents

· Container stuffing arrangement and supervision

· Handling of LCL shipements at CFS

Experience required:

· Minimum 1 yr experience in the similar field

Education:

· Should be a graduate.

· Certification on computer application

Skills/Experience

· Familiar with shipping terminologies

· Knowledge on preparing shipping documents like invoice, packing list, bill of lading etc

· Familiar with incoterms

· Familiar with world ports and its continents

· Should be familiar with computer applications

· Should have effective communication skills

Knowledge of SAP will be added advantage

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
