? Location: Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh

? Experience: 2–6 Years

⏳ Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Maximum 15 Days

? Preferred: Candidates with experience working in remote/site locations will be preferred.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day canteen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor food service operations, productivity, and service quality.
- Coordinate with site teams, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage manpower deployment, attendance, shift planning, and daily operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene, safety standards, and client requirements.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, wastage, and overall service standards.
- Maintain daily/weekly operational reports and MIS.
- Handle operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Support manpower planning, team coordination, and employee engagement.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

? Candidate Profile




- Graduate in any discipline; Hotel Management / Hospitality / Catering qualification will be an added advantage.
- 2–6 years of experience in Canteen Management / Food & Beverage / Catering Operations / Hospitality / Facility Management.
- Experience in remote or site-based locations will be preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and team-handling skills.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, inventory, and manpower management.
- Robust problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.
