#Position : Assistant Manager - Stores

#Experience : 10+ Years

#Qualification : Any Graduates

#Location : Karnataka, Maharashtra, Hyderabad

#Notice Period : Immediate/ Serving/ 30 days

Please Note : Candidates with Industrial / Commercial Experience are preferable(Should be working on contractors' side)

Key Responsibilities

1. To ensure timely supply of mobilization materials / assets to projects sites

- Review the requirements received from project site
- Check availability with entire sites, central stores & associated organization
- Get the requirement approved from concern authorities
- Arrangement of transport at competitive cost
- Guide the team on vehicle loading to optimize cost effective logistics.

1. Review of DMR (Daily Material Receipt), GRNs (Goods Receipt Note) & Issue Notes

- Review of DMR and ensuring the DMR is complete for the daily material receipts
- Review of GRN and ensuring the GRN is made for the daily material receipts
- Review of Issue Notes and ensuring the Issue is made for the daily material consumed

1. Inventory Management

- Establish the procedures of materials handling and inventory management in stores (such as FIFO, re-order level etc.)




- Conduct periodical audit to reconcile and confirm match between the physical stocks vs. book stock.
- Ensure the materials are used judiciously and is allowed to become obsolete or non-moving
- Ensure the surplus materials at one project will be used in another project

1. Refurbishment of Assets

- Ensure that the assets received from sites to Central stores will get refurbished in advance & keep ready for dispatch on demand
- Ensure that the refurbishment get done with cost effectively.

1. MIS / Reports Preparation

- Create various MIS template as needed for the HOD, User departments and Senior Management
- Ensure the data for such MIS reports are derived from ERP (HighRise) only, which provides accuracy and reliability of data
- Submit all reports on timely basis and support the users on decision making based on data

1. Team Building

- Provide learning prospect to the team on the job
- Continuously share knowledge such that over a period of time the team starts acting independently
