Support the Store Manager in driving sales, managing operations, and leading the team to deliver excellent customer experience and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales performance and achieve store targets

- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team

- Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store standards

- Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve escalations

- Monitor daily operations and prepare sales reports

- Act as Store Manager in the absence of the Store Manager

Requirements

- Mandatory: MBA / PGDM

- Experience: 7–10 years total, with 3–5 years preferably in retail sales

- Strong leadership, sales orientation, and customer-handling skills
- roven track record in driving sales and achieving targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills





- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability

- Good understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising

- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
