About the Role:

We are looking for a young and dynamic assistant purchase manager, who can assist the purchase manager in fulfilling day-to-day responsibilities of the Purchase Department. The purchase department also works closely with the CEO, making the role a positive opportunity for C-Suite exposure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day purchasing of food ingredients, packaging materials, consumables and other supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, availability and timely deliveries.




- Negotiate rates and commercial terms to ensure competitive purchasing.
- Track purchase orders, pending supplies and inventory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new vendors.
- Coordinate with Operations, Stores, Production and Finance teams.
- Monitor product quality, specifications and vendor performance.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.

Requirements

- 1–5 Years of Experience, preferably in Purchase Department or F&B;/Hospitality
- Good Management Skills
- Good Communication Skills
- Basic to Intermediate Excel
- Trustability
