Role Description The Faculty for Computer Science and Engineering will design and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses, prepare lesson plans, and conduct classroom and laboratory sessions aligned with the department’s curriculum. Day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring students, supervising projects and internships, evaluating assignments and examinations, and maintaining up-to-date course materials. The faculty member will engage in research activities, publish scholarly work, participate in academic committees, and support departmental initiatives.

Collaboration with colleagues on curriculum enhancement,



industry outreach, and accreditation-related activities is expected. This is a full time, on-site role based in Mangalagiri.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in core Computer Science concepts and ability to teach a broad range of CSE courses.
- Expertise in Curriculum Development, including designing syllabi, learning outcomes, and assessment strategies.
- Competence in Data Science, including data analysis, machine learning fundamentals, and related tools.
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity principles, practices, and emerging trends to guide teaching and research.
- Proficiency in Programming with one or more modern languages (such as C/C++, Java, Python) and related development tools.
- Relevant academic qualifications, typically a Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Science and Engineering
- Evidence of research potential or experience, including publications, projects, or industry collaboration.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and support a diverse student body.
- Commitment to student mentoring, continuous learning, and participation in institutional and departmental activities.
