Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee clinical and medical operations to ensure smooth and productive patient care.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, hospital policies, and clinical protocols.
- Monitor medical records, documentation, audits, and confidentiality requirements.
- Coordinate with clinical and support departments for timely patient care and service delivery.
- Handle escalated patient grievances and ensure effective service recovery.
- Monitor infection control, patient safety, clinical indicators, and quality initiatives.
- Coordinate medical committees, meetings, training programs, and corrective actions.
- Prepare and review clinical MIS, operational reports,



and management updates.

Qualification:

- MBBS/BDS/BAMS from a recognized institution.
- Qualification in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management will be an added advantage.
- Relevant experience in hospital administration/clinical management, preferably in a NABH-accredited hospital.
