About The Role

This role sits at the intersection of sales, data, technology, finance, operations, logistics and market execution. You will operate Troovy’s internal GT Control Tower alongside various tools. Your job is to ensure that data is reliable, processes are followed, insights become actions and actions are taken to closure.

This is not a passive MIS or reporting position. It is an analytical, hands-on execution role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to rapid-moving operations.

What You Will Own

- GT systems and data: Maintain clean, connected data across Troovy’s GT Control Tower, FieldAssist SFA and DMS, including employees, distributors, territories, outlets, products, orders, invoices, collections and master mappings.
- Business analysis: Analyse primary sales, secondary sales, collections, outlet productivity, repeat behaviour, salesforce performance, distributor performance, SKU movement and market development using Excel and dashboards.
- Insight-to-action execution: Convert findings into owner-wise action plans. This could include dormant or low-selling stores, missed visits, suspicious orders, missing asset deployment, poor repeat rates or underperforming territories.
- Order-to-cash coordination: Track primary orders from PI to invoice, dispatch and delivery. Coordinate with operations, logistics and finance on delayed orders, collections, outstanding, ageing, credit notes, debit notes, ledgers and distributor issues.
- Field-force governance: Monitor attendance, beat adherence, outlet coverage, productive calls, order quality, sales, repeat orders and task completion across ASM,



ASE/SO and PSR/DBSM teams.
- Market development: Track assets, promoters, sampling, branding and outlet-level interventions. Ensure each activity is assigned, executed, verified and supported by proper field evidence.

What Success Looks Like

- Troovy has one trusted and reconciled view of GT performance.
- Missing, delayed, duplicate or suspicious data is detected before reviews.
- Every operational exception has an owner, deadline, status and evidence of closure.
- Orders and processes do not remain stuck because teams were not followed up with.
- Sales managers receive specific action lists, not just spreadsheets.
- All tools & processes are consistently followed by the field and distributor teams.
- Weekly analysis clearly explains what changed, why it changed and what must happen next.

Who We Are Looking For

- 2–4 years of experience in FMCG sales operations, commercial excellence, GT operations, distribution, MIS, business analytics or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, lookups, data cleaning, Power Query and business dashboards.
- Ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies and manipulation in large operational datasets.
- Strong follow-through and the confidence to coordinate with a large field force and multiple internal teams.
- Understanding of primary sales, secondary sales, distributors, outlets, collections and FMCG order-to-cash processes.
- Comfortable combining desk-based analysis with occasional market and distributor visits.
- Clear written and verbal communication with disciplined task documentation.

Good To Have

- Experience with FieldAssist or another SFA/DMS platform.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python or other analytical tools.
- Experience auditing salesforce productivity, outlet coverage or retail execution.
- Experience working directly with founders or senior business leaders.
