Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Quality Engineering certification is a plus

- 5-8 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment

- Proven experience in leading a quality team and driving quality improvement initiatives

- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools

- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and reports

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
